By accessing, browsing, or using the Fast OPD website and application (a product of Infosys Solution), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Platform

Fast OPD acts strictly as a technological facilitator connecting patients with doctors, clinics, polyclinics, and diagnostic centers.

• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The platform is not intended for emergency medical situations. In case of a medical emergency, please call your local ambulance service or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

2. User Account and Obligations

To book an appointment, you may be required to register an account or provide accurate personal information.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and booking.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and OTPs.
• You must not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. Booking Appointments & Consultations

While we make every effort to ensure doctors adhere to their schedules, Fast OPD cannot guarantee the exact waiting time at the clinic.

• Appointments are subject to the doctor's availability. Unforeseen medical emergencies may cause a doctor to be late or cancel an appointment.
• It is recommended to reach the clinic at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
• The consultation fee displayed on our platform is indicative and provided by the respective clinic/doctor. Any additional procedures or medicines prescribed at the clinic will be charged extra by the clinic.

4. Payments and Platform Fees

When you book an appointment through Fast OPD, you may be required to pay the consultation fee or a booking convenience fee online.

• Internet handling fees or convenience fees charged by Fast OPD are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Fast OPD does not store your credit/debit card or banking passwords.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fast OPD (and its parent company Infosys Solution) shall not be liable for:

• Any medical negligence, wrong diagnosis, or poor service quality provided by the doctor or clinic.
• Any delay in consultation or cancellation of the appointment by the healthcare provider.
• Technical glitches, network failures, or server downtime affecting the booking process.

6. Modification of Terms

Fast OPD reserves the right to modify, update, or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Fast OPD shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Murshidabad, West Bengal, India.
